1. Scope
These terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

2. Contractual Partner
The purchase contract is concluded with ARÍON, Kirchplatz 2, 55286 Sulzheim, arion@maniatis.de.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.

4. Prices
All prices are final prices according to §19 UStG (Small Business Regulation). VAT is not displayed.

5. Payment and Delivery
Payment can be made via Shop Pay, Visa Card, Master Card, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Klarna. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. (Details can be found in the Withdrawal Policy).
