Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ARÍON, Kirchplatz 2, 55286 Sulzheim, arion@maniatis.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email).

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon. No fees will be charged for this refund.
